Three members get a 15 minute slot on stage to present their case to the room.
What we want: a real project where something was missed, the cost showed up later, and you found a way through it. What it cost you, and what you changed so it cannot happen again. You already paid for that lesson. Nobody else in the network should have to pay for it twice.
How it works: you present your case. Where the first warning sign was, what should have been checked earlier, who carried the responsibility, what they would have done differently.
The rules: no client names, no company names of third parties.
