We are looking for three real cases to put on stage. Not disasters, not blame. Projects where something was missed, where the cost showed up later, and where you found a way through it.
What you get out of it: if your case is selected, you get the stage, your name on the agenda, and a room of project cargo specialists working through your problem with you. It is one of the strongest positioning moments available at the AGM.
The rules: no client names, no company names of third parties. Chatham House applies in the room. You can also submit anonymously and never appear on stage.
