This AGM is open to SeaBlue members only. Everyone in the room is a vetted project specialist, screened financially and operationally. That is what makes the room worth being in.

The conference takes place at The Athenee Hotel, and we strongly recommend you stay there. Everyone under one roof is what makes an AGM work. You can drop back to your room between sessions, conversations carry on long after the last session ends, and nobody is stuck in traffic across town at midnight. It is the single easiest thing you can do to get more out of these four days.
Accommodation is not included in your participation fee, so you book your own room. We have secured a preferential SeaBlue rate at The Athenee, valid for 3 nights before and after the conference as well. We will send you the booking link and group code together with your invoice.
Please ensure you check if a visa is required for Thailand and submit your application early to ensure smooth entry. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.
Booking early is risk-free. Cancel by 31 June 2027 for a full credit towards future network payments. Cancelling between 1 July and 15 August 2027 gives you a 50% credit. After 15 August 2027, cancellations will not be credited. Your hotel reservation is separate and is subject to The Athenee Hotel's own cancellation terms.
